RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – ORTOPODIA.COM

At Ortopodia, every insole is designed to bring real relief to your feet, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn't right with your order, our return process is simple, transparent, and free of hidden fees.

90-Day Return Window & Eligibility You have 90 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify:

  • You've given the insoles a fair try and they're not the right fit for you
  • Your order number or proof of purchase is provided
  • For hygiene reasons, we may limit returns to a reasonable number of pairs per customer

Restocking Fee: $0.00 — Ortopodia never charges restocking fees, no matter the reason for your return.

Return Shipping Costs Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: No cost to you. We'll send a prepaid return label if your product arrives defective, is damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered. Change of Mind: The customer covers the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email contact@ortopodia.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely, including any accessories.
  4. Ship it using the carrier and instructions in your return authorization email.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges Need a different size or a replacement for a damaged item? Email us at contact@ortopodia.com and we'll arrange the quickest solution for you.

Non-Returnable Items Any product clearly marked as final sale on its product page can't be returned unless it arrives defective or incorrect.
